Every project starts with a free consultation. For upholstery and repair work, we inspect the piece (in person or via photos) and provide a fixed quote. For custom builds, we discuss dimensions, fabric, and specification, then provide a fixed price per piece. No hidden costs, no surprise surcharges.

We use solution-dyed acrylic outdoor fabrics (Sunbrella and equivalents) that are UV-stabilised to retain colour for 5+ years in direct sun. Standard dyed fabrics fade within one summer. Our outdoor fabrics are also water-resistant, mold-resistant, and machine-washable (covers are removable).

We work with solid oak, walnut, teak, and ash. Oak is pale, durable, and versatile. Walnut is dark, rich, and sophisticated — popular for formal dining rooms. Teak is warm, honey-toned, and naturally weather-resistant. Ash takes stain evenly, good for colour-matched pieces. We also stain any species to a custom tone to match your interior.

Typical build time is 3–4 weeks from fabric confirmation. The process includes frame construction (week 1), foam cutting and fitting (week 2), upholstery and quality check (weeks 3–4), and delivery. Rush projects are available with a surcharge.

Yes. For hotel projects, we recommend building one sample room first — a full furniture set produced to spec. You get to see the actual furniture, approve finishes, and request adjustments before committing to full production. The sample room then becomes the template for every subsequent room.

Yes. We regularly produce bulk office orders of 20–100+ identical units with consistent finish. For orders above 10 units, we offer 10–20% quantity discounts. Production is scheduled around your fitout handover date, with phased delivery available if your fitout requires it.

Majlis seating is quoted by linear metre. We measure the full wall run from corner to corner, then subtract 40cm at each end for door and corner clearance. Corner units are quoted separately. We provide a free in-home measurement across Dubai — send us a photo on WhatsApp and we’ll schedule a visit within the week.

Yes, in almost all cases. Reupholstery typically costs 50–70% less than buying a comparable new sofa of the same quality. If your sofa has a solid hardwood frame, reupholstery also gives you a longer-lasting piece than most mass-market replacements.

Yes. A squeaking frame is almost always caused by loosened joints or dried-out glue at the connection points. We strip back the fabric to access the frame, re-tighten or replace the joints, and re-glue and reinforce them with hardwood braces where needed. In most cases, the squeak is gone within 1–2 weeks from pickup.

Yes. Free pickup and delivery across Dubai for all upholstery, repair, and reupholstery projects. For custom furniture delivery and installation, we also deliver free within Dubai. Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, and other emirates are quoted separately based on distance.

No, if they’re built correctly. We use quick-dry open-cell foam that drains water in minutes and resists mold growth. Standard foam acts like a sponge and stays damp for days, which is why it molds. Cushion covers are also removable and machine-washable.

Yes. Bring us a photo or sample of your existing furniture, and we’ll match the wood species, stain, finish, and hardware. This is common for clients adding a piece to an existing dining set, extending a bedroom suite, or building a dressing table that matches a fitted wardrobe.

Yes. We bring 200+ fabric and leather samples to your home so you can see how each option looks in your actual lighting, against your floor and existing décor. Sample books are free — no obligation to commit.

Yes. We regularly produce hotel orders of 50, 100, 200+ identical room sets. Every room is finished identically with no variation between floors. Deliveries are phased per floor or per opening schedule. For projects above 50 rooms, we provide dedicated project management.

Typical production is 4–6 weeks for standard bulk orders. Rush projects are available with a surcharge for tighter timelines. The sooner we’re involved in the fitout planning, the more flexibility we have. We coordinate delivery with your fitout contractor.

For daily family use, we recommend performance fabrics with a 30,000+ Martindale rub count. These are solution-dyed, stain-resistant, and hold colour through Dubai’s climate. For a formal majlis with lighter use, performance velvet or jacquard offers the traditional richness with better durability than standard velvet.

Typical turnaround is 2–3 weeks from pickup to delivery. The exact time depends on fabric availability and the amount of frame repair needed. Premium Italian fabrics sourced to order may add a few days.

Pricing depends on the type of repair. Small fixes like leg tightening start at AED 80 per leg. Frame joint repairs start at AED 400. Full structural restoration (frame, springs, and base) starts at AED 1,200. We provide a fixed quote after free inspection — no diagnostic fees.

Treated aluminum (won’t rust), teak (naturally weather-resistant), and UV-stabilised synthetic rattan (won’t crack or fade). We avoid untreated steel, which corrodes quickly in Dubai’s coastal humidity, and standard softwood, which warps and cracks.
